You now have the ability to send customised Email reminders to your customers automatically or manually, first you need to access your Online Member Centre and set up your Email Templates, you can customise these to your companies requirements and also add your own logo to make them really professional.

Once you have set all your templates you can now choose your sending preferences, these determine when, what and how the reminders are sent. We’ve built the system to be totally flexible as we realise not everyone wants the same things.
