Use our Letter Reminders Feature

Annual Service reminders are generated on the 11 month anniversary of a Gas Certificate that has been synced to your online account. You can create your own customised letters or use our standard Letter templates.

Once you receive an annual service reminder from us you can Print this off or choose our autopost feature. Autopost allows us to print the reminder letter off in our office and send it through the post for you. You need to have credit in your account as we charge you 65p every time we send a letter out.
